Discussing reformulation targets and technologies

PK ČR has established a new working group titled “Platform for reformulation”. The purpose of the platform is to create an expert forum to discuss reformulation targets and technologies in line with the call included in the strategic governmental document “Health 2020“. The Platform’s objective is to establish and communicate concrete committments of food producers in the area of reformulation , monitor and report achieved results and share experiences between producers and academics and government, with the objective to educate consumers.
